When you make a booking with Luxury Villas Positano, you are confirming that you understand and that you have accepted our terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your party.
Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations.
If you are booking a non-refundable rate you will be requested to pay the full amount of your stay at the booking confirmation.
If your are choosing a standard rate, upon confirmation you will be requested to pay 30% of the rental price required for the booking; the balance will have to be paid 50 days prior to check-in date (arrival date).
Full payment is requested for reservations confirmed less than 50 days before arrival date.
Payments must be in euros and they can be made in the following ways:
- Bank transfer (bank charges not included).
- Credit Card (MasterCard and Visa).
The payments and the payments’ terms become part of the tenancy agreement. The Company reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled if any part of the balance’s amount of the rental price remains unpaid by the due date.
The deposit is non-refundable. The Company has the right to refuse to accept any bookings at the Company’s discretion, refunding any deposit received, without necessarily specifying a reason.
The minimum stay is 3 nights.
Cleaning fee – Refundable breakage deposit – Payments on arrival
The cleaning service is available at the check out. For bookings more than 3 nights long, it is possible to arrange a midweek cleaning. Extra cleanings are available in any case on payment. The final mandatory cleaning fee includes one set of towels per person and one set of linens per bed per week .
When the keys are handed over to the traveller, the cleaning fee and the refundable breakage deposit deposit must be paid (cash) to the owner or her / his representative. The refundable breakage deposit will be refunded at the end of the holiday, less any deduction made for any damage caused to the property, or for any additional cost (i.e. excessive dirtiness) – not included in the rental price. The owner and her / his representatives may refuse access to the property if the cleaning fee is not paid; or if the refundable breakage deposit is not guaranteed.
The Stay Tax amounts to € 1,50 per person per night. The tax must be paid at check-in. The tax is applied to peolple over 18 years of age for a maximum of 7 nights.
Check-in is possible from 4:00 pm to 7: 00 pm. From 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm check in is possible based on the staff availability. It is anyway necessary to keep in touch with villa concierge.
Check-out is possible only before 10:00 am, or by different arrangements.
Upon arrival at the villa, the villa manager will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.
